Pick your moving day sooner: As soon as you have a buyer, you can pick your moving day together. We'll work with you and your buyer to keep everything on track - aiming for that date and keeping you informed along the way.
Easy online forms & processes: Not only are we saving trees, but we're making things simpler for you by being paperless and digital. We've spent months building online, verified processes and digitised forms like ID checks and seller property forms so everything's faster and easier.
Track your progress: Communication is key when you're buying or selling a house. Sadly, most of the time, you won't get it. We've created an online progress tracker so you can see where you are in the process, where your buyer is and what's left to do on either side. This also includes all the legal processes and tasks too. You'll have complete transparency from day one.
All legal work included: You won't hire a solicitor if you go with Settled - because we cover it for you and include it in our overall fixed completion fee. We've partnered with recognised conveyancing firms and solicitors - they work in the background to help you reach completion. The best part is that we handle all of the communication, so you don't have to worry about chasing, calling or stressing about what hasn't been done.
