After a viewing takes place, we'll email the buyer requesting feedback. They simply need to select the link in the email, and rate the following 3 factors out of 5. There will also be the option to add a comment.
As soon as the buyer submits their feedback, we'll let you know, and it'll also appear in your messaging thread.
If the buyer doesn't respond to our first request for feedback, we'll send a couple of reminders over the following days.
If you haven't received any feedback, feel free to get in touch with your Support Manager who can assist you in chasing up feedback further.
