In short, it’s a home that’s ready to be bought. Title, searches, even questions a buyer would ask have already been sorted - so everything can move forward quicker. We call this a home on the Settled path.
To get your home buyer-ready we will:
- Order your title
- Order searches
- Ask you to complete your property information form (commonly known as a ‘PIF’), which we’ll use to create your draft contract
- Highlight any concerns (e.g. any title or search issues) and help you resolve them
- Preempt questions that potential buyers will have on your home and the searches and answer them
After all the above is complete, we’ll give your home the Settled stamp which will mean your home is buyer-ready!
