As a second step, once you sign up with us, we will come to visit your home. We won't send a 'valuer' out to your home. We'll send a photographer, who'll take photographs and measurements for a floor-plan. Your Support Manager will then use this to information to compose a comparables report, comparing homes currently on the market, recently sold, and your home's sold price history, to give you a valuation guide range.
